Recruiting & Interviewing Paid Staff – Tuesday 19th July – in Fareham – open to businesses too

Good people in the right jobs create growth and success. They also engender motivation and performance, and, yes, happiness for themselves and their colleagues. This course will enable you to recruit employees and to conduct interviews that identify the capabilities of interviewees and their suitability for the job. This participative session will give you practical tips and techniques to make successful recruitment decisions. Experience of conducting recruitment interviews would be useful but is not essential.

Practical tips and techniques for attracting and recruiting great people,
Understanding the changing approaches to recruitment,
Implementing an effective low-cost retention strategy,
Structuring interviews,
Practical techniques in questioning and listening, Understanding and using body language skills in interviewing,
The ‘Dos’ and Don’ts’ of employment legislation in the context of interviewing.
Cost: £70 (discounted to £40 for voluntary/community organisations).
